We had a blast at the Groundwell Festival x Techweek 2020 last week and we hope that you managed to attend one or more of the awesome events. A highlight for us was hosting Ange Wallace's Mastermind Class on Client Feedback.
Ange challenged us to ask our clients to share their experience of our business, 'the good, the bad and the otherwise'. She emphasised that giving space for our clients to share all, enables a greater ability to improve our products, service and support. We all want to grow our business (and as people) right? Eat feedback for breakfast.
